There is something, greater than the universe and smaller as the smallest thing, unnameable but with infinite names, untouchable but being touched by it in every single moment, invisible and just in front of our eyes, unreachable and ever-present, timeless in the here and now, beyond form and in all forms. It is the mystery of life, it is the end of the search for meaning and the beginning of being the meaning. Enquire and investigate the mystery of life is the Art of all Arts.Forgetting the mystery and not be conscious of the wonder of existence is the darkness we all share even in the brightest light, it is insanity, human drama and suffering in all its forms.
I Am and I Amness are one, one without a second.
In this moment, I Am, and I know this. That is the only truth we all share. Even when we think that all is an illusion or a big fake or the Matrix, we think this only because of, I Am. I Amness is the ever-present of what is.
Now, in this moment, I Am is the ever-present moment, pure Isness. The situation is, as it is. The situation is the content.I Amness is what makes the situation possible. One hour ago, the situation was a bit different, but I Amness was present.Yesterday, the situation was different too, but I Amness was present.Six months ago, one year ago, five years ago, the situation was very different but happens in I Amness.I Amness is ever-present therefore it transcends the separated identities. In the moment of birth, there was pure I Am.When your father and mother meet for the first time, I Amness. The Second World War, when and where it happens, in I Amness. The Russian and French Revolution, I Amness.Jesus Christ, Buddha, Lao Tse, and all people of all times are an expression of I Amness. The beginning of the earth, happens in and with I Amness. The beginning of everything, and before the beginning of everything, I Amness. You, me and everybody, I Amness.
Our most inner natureSelfknowledge is to know our most inner nature, who we really are. This is not an abstract idea or mental concept what can be discussed or proofed, rather the real experience which we feel when we are the present moment.Selfknowledge is the realization that all existence is I Amness.
The Selfknowledge Experience can’t be capture by the mind, it is beyond all mental-activity. In this experience we are One with All, but not like a separate part that joins a bigger part, but as the One itself. We are in the very sense of the word One, One without a second in the ever-present-moment. The mind will always stay at the surface, for its lineal functionality. That's why it is impossible to understand the Selfknowledge Experience. Somehow we can compare it with the Love Experience, it just fills our whole being, every cell is vibrating when the love is real, but there is no way to understand love [with the mind].The Selfknowledge Experience includes love, compassion, kindness, serenity and peace, but also the opposite of these feelings. In this experience we know deeply in our hearts that life is the game of the opposite.
Freedom and GoodnessIn Selfknowledge we are directly connected to the basic Goodness of Existence, this experience is free of wishful thinking, attachments, suffering, and death. We know beyond all doubts and critics that life is One event and therefore death is just an illusion, an arbitrary way to think. Or just in few words; Selfknowledge transcend all limitations.
Some call it the mystical experience, Christ experience, awakening, spiritual transcendence and so on, this kind of expressions create more confusion than they do good. The one who lives in Selfknowledge has no need to talk about it, at least for a specific reason in a determinate situation, which basically means sharing experience, information, and knowledge in the process of the evolution of consciousness. Actually there is no difference between mystical, normal, spiritual and non-spiritual experience when we understand Oneness.Selfknowledge is the highest and deepest experience that we are able to realize. We all know this living vibrating aliveness what Selfknowledge is, when everything is just perfect, but normally it is a very brief experience, when we see a newborn child, in very successful moments, in an orgasm, being totally absorb in the creative process etc. But the preindividual and individual level of consciousness will always interpret Selfknowledge as “my” experience, for the simple fact that the ego is the centre of our life. And when we personalize life, it will always end up in conflict, because we have to protect what is ours.
From the transindividual level on, we know that Selfknowledge not “belong” to us, in the same way as the air we breathe is not ours.
Selfknowledge and the balance of lifeSelfknowledge stands for the balance between the Cosmic Consciousness and the individual consciousness.Unbalance and Selfknowledge can’t live together, in the same way as in a tense body the energy of life can’t flow freely.
Selfknowledge is not a static experience, and even less a conventional knowledge. At every level of consciousness, we can experience it. But it depends on the interpretation which make it beneficial or destructive. On the lower levels of consciousness the Selfknowledge Experience leads to dogmatism and conflict, for the simple reason, that the ego make it his own experience. From the transindividual level on, Selfknowledge becomes the key in the process of building a truly conscious and integral life. There starts the journey beyond ourselves.
“The more you know yourself, the more clarity there is. Self-knowledge has no end - you don't come to an achievement, you don't come to a conclusion. It is an endless river.”
